I don’t know about you, but sometimes our budgets simply don’t stretch far enough to afford the lovely luxury products we’ve come to love and rely on. So occasionally, we have no option but to reach for something cheaper. That doesn’t mean, however, that choosing a more affordable option equals an inferior product or pitiful results. It’s reassuring to know there are some budget-friendly skincare wonders out there that can truly work wonders for our skin—especially when we have no choice but to tighten our beauty belts.
In this article, I’ll be reviewing the Revolution Pro-Tox Fine Line Fix & Fill Serum, designed to target those pesky fine lines we all wish would just disappear. I always approach new products with a healthy dose of skepticism, but this one pleasantly surprised me. Read on to find out more about the Revolution Pro-Tox Fine Line Fix & Fill Serum.

But before we go any further, let me reassure you that I’ve spent a lifetime in the beauty industry. From a child mixing lipstick colours across the entire spectrum from Boots 17 on my hand, and performing makeovers on her teenage friends, to a working Wedding Makeup Artist with years of hands-on experience behind her. My beauty career has also seen me train in many different treatments—far too many to list.
I’ve trained with Gatineau, Guinot, and Clarins skincare, and I’m a fully qualified beauty therapist.
I did a Review on the Revolution Pro Fine line filler a few years ago and its been quite a popular post with visitors to that post daily. But , there's a problem. The product is no longer available and you can't get your hands it anywhere. I still have 2 pots - one that I use on myself when I remember and one I keep in my professional kit, that I use when the person in my chair has a lot of skin damage. The link has now been replaced with the Revolution Pro fine line eraser AND the Pro-tox fine line fix & fill serum.
Read it here.
Revolution Pro-Tox Fine Line Fix & Fill Serum. First impressions.
The ultimate line-smoothing serum! Clinically proven to instantly smooth skin & fill fine lines* Revolution Pro

I love the bright pink colour of the box and the tube with its gold and black writing.
Pro-Tox Fine Fix & Fill Serum - comes in a 30ml tube for £12.00.
I used this fragrance free cream serum a few times before I took a photo and to be totally honest, I thought yeah, feels nice, soft on the skin, absorbs well but wasn't sure that it warranted the title as a fine line fix & fill serum. And then I took a photo.
How I Tested Revolution Pro-Tox Fine Line Fix & Fill Serum
I'm well into my 50s, and think I have earned the right to now report on anti-age products.(Is it time to ban the word anti-age and rename it something like, 'age improving' products?) So anyway, with just a slight squeeze of the tube onto my hand, I divided up the serum for each eye and gently patted it around my eyes with my ring finger and proceeded to apply concealer over. As I said earlier, it felt nice. So even if it didn't do anything other than moisturise and hydrate the eye area with aloe vera and shea butter, then that was actually good enough. However, when I took the pics for my before and after on a dull, gloomy rainy day - I was actually really surprised at how the finer line almost disappeared and the deeper one looked softened and blurred.
I noticed my eyes now droop - so I was out shortly after with the Gua Sha stone and lifting those eyes up, which I thought worked well with the Pro-Tox,

Revolution Pro-Tox Fine Line Fix & Fill Serum : The Pros and The Cons
The Pros
Dermatologically tested & approved
Suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin
Vegan & cruelty-free
Fragrance free so suitable for sensitive skin
Affordable and a large 30 ml tube
Absorbs quickly and deeply moisturisers due to its active ingredients.
Finer lines do appear reduced.
Suitable for all skins but aimed more at the 30+
Great for a temporary fix as part of your makeup routine.
The Cons
It is not botox - it will not give the same results as botox ( I have never had Botox by the way)
I noticed on the packaging it says on the tube 'Serum Pour Les Yeux' which if I remember my French cosmetic houses Gatineau and Guinot trainng - Yeux' is specifically for Eyes. So maybe its a misprint but more suitable around the fine delicate skin around the eyes.
I don't want readers to get carried away and expect a full face lift. Its temporary. and results vary from person to person.
The more skin damage you have the less impressed you will be with the product. But as I said earlier, as a stand alone eye cream it has some great deep moiturising ingredients in.

So what do I think of Revolution Pro-Tox Fine Line Fix & Fill serum?

Would I buy it again?
I'm at the nice, early start of the tube when its all nice and full. But as the weeks go by I will know if I dread cutting up the tube to scrape the rest out while I wait for another. I will report back. But so far, I do like it and rate it at a realistic 4/5. (I'm not that easily impressed. So I won't over hype it - but so far, its really nice and worth a try)
I don't work for Revolution - but my link is an affiliate and I might make a few pence if you purchase it from this link (honestly its not much) but Revolution are not to be sniffed at. I've tried various products - such as the miracle cream and eye cream - which are OK in Winter time but a little heavy in the Summer. I remember watching an episode of Steph's Packed Lunch when it used to be on Channel 4 and they did a review on lipsticks and Revolution lipstick came out on top for texture, performance and price. I actually have a few lip sticks in my kit for more colour choice and they do last quite well. I wasn't as keen on the eye shadows or mascara. So when I refer to budget products, sometimes they are just as good. Its just finding out what works better for you. I also have a post on some of Revolutions primers that's worth a read if you have a bit of spare time.
Have you tried Revolution Pro-Tox Fine Line Fix & Fill already?
